Has anyone given Wolavers a real good go? It leaves me with absolutely no hangover even when I go hard out.

By starting with organic ingredients - that's how! Even though beer is heavily processed, when everything is being mashed out of the grains during processing, there's plenty of opportunity for trace chemicals - pesticides herbicides and fungicides - to make their way into your beer. Drink whatever you like Doubts, but even though I dont know heaps of the chemistry associated with beer production, I reckon starting with premium organic ingredients has to be a good start. If nothing else, from an environmental perspective.

Not all of Emerson's beer is organic (at least to the best of my knowledge). But they source organic ingredients when they can. I've got a friend who used to work at the brewery and he still raves about it and the purity of their ingredients and processes, so I guess it's pretty good stuff. He knows his beers thats for sure. I know lots of people here are probably right into organic products but I can recommend some of their non-organic beers too. I would definitely recommend Old 95. I've had a few great and very memorable nights on that.

This beer is excellent. I'm a Kiwi so I'm probably biased but I reckon Emersons is the best beer company in the world.
