I can totally relate to your inability to sleep. It seems to me that the older one gets the less sleep one gets. The herbal tea remedy seems like something that is certainly worth a try. I think there are so many factors that contribute to insomnia. Stress, overall health, environmental stimulants and chemical stimulants like coffee, tea, and chocolate. The experts say to keep the rooms lights off and the room quiet, but oddly I have trained myself to sleep with a background noise going. Usually, it's my ocean waves machine but often it is the television set. I know-I'm bad. I did want to tell you about a book that addresses issues from weight to finance, and all of these factors effect our sleep. It Can Be Done Truly a whole approach to a better and healthier life. Thanks for the tea recipe! Isobella
